Malai Korma
Time: 10-15 minutes
Ingredients:
1. Finely chopped Onion (a half bowl).
2. Finely chopped Capsicum (a half bowl).
3. Meshed Tomato/Tomato puree (2 teaspoons).
4. Half-boiled Peas (1/4 bowl).
5. Fresh Cream (1 bowl).
6. Salt (1/2 teaspoon).
7. Red Chili Powder (1/2 teaspoon).
8. Turmeric Powder (1/4 teaspoon).
9. Finely chopped almonds, raisins and cashews.
Procedure:
Take 4 teaspoons of vegetable oil, and add finely chopped onion. On turning golden, add capsicum and peas. Fry all for around 2 minutes. Then add tomato puree, salt, chili powder and turmeric powder. Stir well.
Turn off the gas stove and add cream to it (avoid milk). Stir well. Sprinkle almonds, raisins and cashews on top and Whoa! the dish is ready.
Serve with Indian Bread (Chapatis) or Butter Naan.
And the meal is ready to relish on.
